Ingredientes:​

IPara a massa:

  • 2 bananas, nanicas grandes

  • 2 xícaras (chá) de água fria

  • 1 clara, de ovo

  • 1 ½ xícara (chá) de farinha de trigo

  • 2 xícaras (chá) de maisena

  • 2 colheres (sopa) de óleo

  • 3 colheres (sopa) de fermento em pó

  • 1 l de óleo

  • 1 colher (café) de sal

  • Papel toalha, o quanto baste

Para o caramelo:

  • 3 xícaras (chá) de açúcar

  • 1 1/2 xícara (chá) de água

  • 2 colheres (sopa) de óleo
